1.) GIVE CREDIT: I have worked long and hard on creating this site and all of the icons, banners, and images on it. Please if you do decide to use any images from Dearly Devoted, give appropriate credit to "Erin Nicole" and/or "Dearly Devoted" on the site you are using them.

2.) DO NOT DIRECT LINK: When using icons or banners please be sure to save them onto your own computer and do not direct link the images from Dearly Devoted. Direct linking steals my bandwidth and is not appreciated.

3.) DO NOT MODIFY: Please do not take any of my images and modify them for you own use. If you have a request, please e-mail me directly.

4.) DO NOT RE-DISTRIBUTE (WITHOUT PERMISSION): I normally have no problem with people displaying my art on their sites or offering my avatars/banners to members for use, but please ask first. A simple e-mail to give me a heads up is all I am asking.

5.) LEAVE COMMENTS: Not really a term or condition for using my art, but if you use any icons or banners, please leave comments. It's always appreciated to hear when people like something I have worked on or are using any of the icons/banners. You can leave comments on my tag board.
